How Long Does It Take You To Set-up & Pack Away?

I Would Like To Have Approximately 15 Minutes For the inflatables either end For Setting Up, cleaning & Packing Away My Equipment, Although This is Usually Shorter. The Soft Play, Disco Domes & the Obstacle Courses requires 30 minutes for setting up, cleaning & packaging away.​​

How Do I Check Availability & Book?

You Can Now Check availability of your inflatable and use the online booking form to Book, Or you can book by Text, Ring, Email Or Through Facebook, Which Ever Is Easiest For You!​

Do You Offer A Multi Hire Discount?

Yes if you add your chosen items the discount will be discounted for you at an 10% off automatically.

What Are Your Delivery & Collection Times?

Delivery Starts From 10am & Collections Start From 18:00pm, unless prearranged times, ie Hall Venue Bookings.​​

Wet Weather? Windy Weather?

We Assess Every Outdoor Booking on The Morning Of Hire, We Keep You Informed & Make A joint Decision, Compiling With Health & Safety Regs, please check our Terms & Conditions.​

What About Power & Electricity?

We Supply The Extension Leads & A Blower You Need To Supply Electricity.​

How Much Does It Cost In Electricity?

Its Equivalent To Running A Hairdryer, approx. £2 per day.​

Do You Offer Overnight Hire?

Yes, But Only On Our Adult Bouncy Castles, At An Additional Fee, this can be booked via online booking. We can also offer a Late Evening Collection at an additional fee, please contact us to discuss.​​

Do You Offer Supervision?

If You Require Supervision or Extra Staff We Can Supply At An Extra Cost, please get in touch to discuss.​

What is BIHA? BCN? PIPA? Stand For

BIHA: British Inflatable Hirers Alliance, BCN: Bouncy Castle Network, PIPA: Inflatable Play Inspection.​

How Will I Know The Safety Do's & Don'ts?

After Setting Up Your Hire Equipment, You Will Be Given Safety Instructions As A Guide Line To Follow, But If Your Unsure Just Ask.​

Do You Offer Half Day Hire at a reduced rate?

Unfortunately not, ​​we prioritise our times to hall/venue bookings, otherwise we deliver in the morning and collect at an agreed time.

Does Your Inflatables Have To Be Hired On Grass?

No, But If You Inform Us Of The Surface, We Can Be Adaptable To Bring The Appropriate Safety Equipment, To Ensure Castles Are Safe & Secure

Who Are You Insured With?

We Are Insured With Leisureinsure, and have 1 million public liability insurance. Please Contact Me For A Copy Of My Documents.​

How Will The Inflatables Be Secured?

Outside Use: Steel Pegs That Are Secured In The Ground Or Sandbags If Different Surfaces,

Inside Use: Sandbags Are Attached To The Anchor Points.​

How much do you charge for delivery?

When you are ready to book, check availability and when you are asked to select your area, it will show you how much it will cost for us to deliver and set up in your location.

How Much Space Do I Need Around The Inflatables?

I Would Say Approx. 2 Ft All Round The Inflatable As This Allows For The Blower And Access To/From The Castle Step safely.​

How are the inflatables powered?

Power is supplied by the customer and on occasions, if required, we can supply a generator at the customer's cost. Please ring for further information.

How much space do I need?

Please take a look at each product for the measurements and then allow an extra 2ft on inflatable sizes to allow for inflating equipment!

How long does it take to set up/pack away?

We require 30 minutes prior to the party in order to set up, anti-bac spray, and collect at the end of your party. But don't worry, this is out of our time and not your hiring time.

What payments do you accept?

We Accept Cash On The Day Of Hire, We Aren't Able To Offer Any Other Payment Method At The Moment​.

Do You Require A Booking Fee?

No, But This Will Be A Future Option.

Can I Put Water On The Castle If Its Hot?

No, For Safety Reasons This Will Invalidate Your Insurance and may damage the inflatable.​

Do You Charge A Cancellation Fee?

You Are Welcome To Cancel With No Charges On The Morning Of The Hire Before 7am , If We Set Up We Do Require Full Payment.

Who's Responsibility Is It In Checking The Measurements, ie Height Of Halls etc?

Both: Please Contact Me If You Are Unsure Of The Hall's Requirements, And I Will Help Where I Can, I have good knowledge of our local halls so will be able to advise you on the appropriate inflatable.
